HOLI 2021 - FESTIVAL OF COLORS
Live the true colors of India during the Festival of Colors called Holi to celebrated on 29th March 2021. It's one of the most popular festivals of India and everyone can participate in this festival to welcome the spring season and also to celebrate the victory of good over the evil.
26 MAR – Arrive in DELHI
Arrival in Delhi, transfer to the hotel and accommodation. Check-in from 14:00 hours onwards.
27 MAR – DELHI
Breakfast. In the morning visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, in the heart of old Delhi. Later we approach the Raj Ghat, where Gandhi was cremated, to continue with a panoramic view of the government buildings along the Raj Path and the imposing Gate of India. We will also visit the Sikh Temple and Birla Temple. To complete our tour we visit the impressive Qutub Minar Minaret which is 72 meters tall. Dinner at hotel.
28 MAR – DELHI – Shahpura - JAIPUR (PC)
Breakfast. Departure by road to Jaipur, lunch in Shahpura in an old mansion to see the rural life, the "Pink City" where the emblematic facade of the Palace of the Winds is located. Arrival and check in at the hotel.
In the evening, we will do a walking tour in the city to see the bonfires which symbolises the burning of the evil. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
29 MAR – JAIPUR - Celebrate the Festival of Colors.
Breakfast. Today the festival of colors is celebrated, we will participate in the party from 09:00 to 12:00 hrs. in the city. We return to the hotel. Lunch at hotel.
NOTE - This Festival depends on the Lunar calendar and sometimes there is a variation in the celebration date, in case the date changes, this festival will be celebrated in the city that it falls. In the evening, we will visit the Birla temple to see the Aarti ceremony. Dinner at the hotel.
30 MAR – JAIPUR – AMBER – JAIPUR
Breakfast. Today, we visit Amber Fort, which from the road gives us a spectacular image. We go up to this palace fortified on an elephant. Palace pavilions are adorned with marble paintings and watermarks. On the way back to Jaipur we will approach the Maharaja Palace and its museums. We will also be surprised by the colossal instruments of the Jai Singh Observatory. Dinner at the hotel.
31 MAR – JAIPUR – Abhaneri - Fathepur Sikri – AGRA
Breakfast. Departure in the morning to Agra visiting en route to the stepped well of Abhaneri and Fatehpur Sikri, imperial capital paralyzed in time. It was the last city built by Akbar and apparently abandoned due to lack of water.
We continue to Agra, a city that alternated with Delhi the capital of the Mughal Empire. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
01 APR – Agra
Breakfast. Visit of the Taj Mahal, a symbol of love, which is an unsurpassed architectural perfection, captivates those who contemplate it.
Next, we will visit the Red Fort of Agra, on the banks of the Yamuna River, in the heart of the city. Reflects the Indian architecture under three Mughal emperors: Akbar, Jehangir and Shah Jahan. Within the complex there are some interesting structures, such as the Jehangiri Mahal, the Anguri Bagh, the Khas Mahal and the Moti Masjid mosque.
Dinner and accommodation.
02 APR – AGRA – Delhi – EUROPA
Breakfast. At 09:00 departure towards the Delhi International airport to board the flight of our next destination. We will drop you at the airport at around 14:00 hours IST , please book your flights accordingly. (WITHOUT GUIDE)
End of our service.
